I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas in Oct 2020
Interview
I had one interview via Microsoft Teams that lasted about 30 minutes. I thought the interview went fairly well, and I was asked some basic interview questions. I was told that I would hear back from them in a few days after my qualifications were discussed with upper management. However, within a minute of ending the call I got an email saying I was not being considered for the position. I found this pretty insulting and unprofessional, especially after the time and effort I had put into the interview. Ultimately, I felt deceived and I wish I would've been told during the interview that I wasn't a good fit for the job.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
