I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Two part interview: First Day was formal business setting with two company representatives. Second Day was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Phone Interview is where the weight of the decision making process happens. Cintas was quick to notify me that they were passing and were very professional during the process. I would have liked to work for this company.
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
