Interview
I began through their recruiter for a university job fair. I had eight interviews and was told after my in person with the leader of the location that the last interview was merely a formality and I would get the job. After the person I was interviewing with fell through twice - I met in their Charlotte office and was interviewed in a manner that set me up for failure. It was clear at this point that they had already made up their mind.

Question 1
They asked for work experience and how it would apply to my role as a trainee.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
