I had applied through my colleagues reference.The process took a week including 2 interviews. First interview was technical in which the interviewer questioned about basic knowledge of the field and our educational background and projects. The interviewer ask details of project to check how much knowledge we have about our project. The second interview was HR round which included all hr questions and fluency in speaking and presentation of personal qualities. After two interviews I got selected and oppointed as maintainance engineer.
