I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Apr 2015
Interview
First got an email from a University Specialist to schedule a web interview with two managers that I'd be working for.
Interview was very easy, no technical questions. Just about previous experiences and any questions you had about the company.
I thought it went very well, felt very comfortable during the interview and the interviewers seemed to laugh a lot and enjoyed speaking with me.
The interviewers ended the interview with an "evaluation" where they told me
1) How I did during the interview
2) Any further steps.
After that told me it would take a week to hear back. Unfortunately it took ~ 3 weeks to hear back, and they said I wasn't selected.
Honestly everything went extremely well with the interviewers, except for the University Specialist which repeatedly forgot to email back, and the recruiter taking much much longer than expected to email me my rejection. That was the only non-positive part of the process.
