Interview
Around 1 week after HR phone screening, I took an face-to-face interview at their office. It was a peer interview. The interview went over 20 mins. However, the interviewer did not seem well prepared since he kept asking 'any questions?' to me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Telephone, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was contacted by recruiter and the first interview was within 1 week. Total of 3 interviews, all with the same person (who was building a new team). The interviewer made an effort to get to know my abilities, thought process and approach to problem solving, which really helped us both evaluate whether or not this was a good fit.
