I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Reading, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, invited to send my CV in. Following that, I was invited to an interview day at their offices in Reading. The interview lasted throughout the day (I think 10 - 2), consisted of several different interviews, a tour of the office, and lunch with your interviewers / some people from the office. Really good experience, well handled by Cisco.
I was asked Leet code medium and hard question. There were 3 rounds including one onsite round. Answered some the resume questions as well. Also questions from database was asked.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cisco (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
30-minute call with a recruiter
3 hr take-home + 1 hr review (this tests your ability to use agents to build a full-stack app and then your ability to understand the generated output)
30-minute call with CTO
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How the generated app works in detail for different features
They asked me to solve 2-sum and then 4 interviews just about my experience with technical questions. It was basically pretty straightforward, just like any interview. It wasn't extremely technical, but I think the process depends on which team you are interviewing for.
