I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cisco (Beijing, Beijing) in Jan 2019
Interview
HR was not capable of sifting through applicants. It took me some effort to get the interview I wanted.
The interview process is mundane. The interviewer asked basic questions about Agile knowledges.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cisco in Apr 2022
Interview
External to Cisco recruiter contacting me. Was interviewed by Cisco employees within a week. 2 hour block of time. First was 1/1 with Agile Delivery Manager (similar to RTE), 2nd was with another ADM and a Scrum Master. 2nd interviewers did a good job of explaining more about Cisco and why they are adopting Agile. Also, did a nice job setting up the plan/expectations for the interview.
