Interview
The interview process took a few weeks.
First, we had a short virtual interview where the screen showed us questions and we could film our own answers (they gave us a couple tries before submission).
If you move on to the next step, we had a virtual assessment day where they gave us a behavioral interview, sales roleplay, and 10 min presentation.

10 min presentation: Choose a customer (industry), and a Cisco product that solves their problem.
The process consists of a application process, a digital interviju where all questions are pre-decided, and then an final evaluation if you are evaluated as sutible for the company.
The last process cannot be taken as lightly thou as it consists of questions regarding IT, roleplay and a more personal intervju.
