I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Austin, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
First there was the telephone screen with the recruiter approximately a week before a telephone interview with the hiring manager. Two weeks later, there was an on-site interview with the manager and his team. The interviews had to do, primarily, with my prior experience, methods of obtaining information, and methods of resolving problems. I had an offer the day of the on-site interview before I left Austin.

Question 1
Questions that ask for specific examples of past experiences, though not at all unexpected, are the most difficult for me and must be part of my interview preparation.
