Met up with a rep at a job faire. Interviewed the next day but then things got slowed down for almost 4 months. Didn't hear back until way later which made it hard to deal with other offers. Eventually got a call back. Due to org changes it kept things from moving forward. Had several phone interviews over company's WebEx. A few interview no-shows and they ended up meeting with me later. The whole process felt disjointed and a little insulting. Moved on to an on-site interview. Met with Several members of the team: 2 Directors and 4 Senior Managers. Lasted 8 hours due to interviewer getting caught up in something else and had me wait. Got to meet some great employees in that time though. Was also supposed to be a lunch but my interviewer had a fire drill when she was supposed to take me so we got about 5 minutes to eat before the next interview. They wanted writing and powerpoint samples after that. Was offered a job a few days later.
