I was given a first round interview at the Grace Hopper Conference. I was interviewed by two IT managers there, personality/behavioral questions only. Then I had a phone interview, which they called "the placement interview." I talked to an IT manager for about a half hour about my experiences and previous work. He asked me how I implemented some things in one of my previous jobs.

Its a quick interview process. I . got through college placements. They tested me on the basic foundation questions and couple problem solving.
the interview process is quick it consisted of 3 rounds after a written round. 2 technical and one HR round. Written round is bit tough once that is cleared the technical round is based on your area of interest .

technical round is about database queries,computer networks and coding.
