I had two phone interviews with just one person at a time and then 2 WebEx interviews with two Cisco employees at a time. Everybody I talked to was very nice and incredibly easy to talk to/very personable and kept the questions quite positive, I don't recall too many negatively phrased questions. The interview gave me a very positive impression of the company.

Uploaded my resume and got a call about a week later. Did a phone call interview and then went for an onsite interview. Met with about three people from the team and they asked me your basic behavioral interview questions. I should have done a better job asking what exactly I would be working on as I didn't get a very good understanding and thought it would be product management projects.
