Very efficient. There's a 5 interview minimum, and for the various roles I had, I had around 8 interviews. They used Telepresence when possible which made it great to see the people you were meeting with. They also made sure you met with all of the key players on that executive's team. The recruiter also kept me in the loop at each stage, providing an accurate prediction of when the next interviews would take place, and setting my expectations in a very realistic way. The background check and offer process was very smooth.
