I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Apr 2023
Interview
Fairly simple. We went over the basics of account management and the products we sell. I shared a little bit about personal stories too. Some teamwork talk and one question about something I can explain that I am passionate about.
The recruiter was great, though we didn’t speak much.
After I learned the salary was 55k with an expectation to have your own car and be in the office at 730 am, I withdrew pretty quickly.
The company should be embarrassed to pay so poorly. In no world should that accompany a 730 AM start time and expectation for your own vehicle.
I Interviewed 14 times for 3 positions and each time it was given to the BDR from the team. Cisco fired 500-1000 people a month and so they are looking out for those people or promoting from within. I even had a referral from a Global VP
I applied online. I interviewed at Cisco (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2024
Interview
very transparent and quick, very thorough. I understood all of the expectations and appreciate the prompt communication. I did not get the position, however, it was a great experience. Great company
