Scheduling of interview was done through a 3rd party recruitment agency. The recruiter did a good job in keeping me updated and posted when it comes to the interview logistics. What had me dumbfounded were the two questions asked by the hiring manager towards the end of my interview session with her: 1. How many kids do you have? 2. Do you plan to have more kids in the future? How are these questions relevant to the skills sets and my capabilities in doing the job advertise? Pretty shocking especially when it came from a director level in a MNC. Discrimination is actually allowed? I have made my decision, will not pursue the role further at my end...
