I was recommended by an employee there. I started with a phone interview with a recruiter. Then drove 2 hours for an interview with 3 people. 1 Cancelled, so I joined via video for my last interview. Interview process usually involved 5+ people. The process may take a few weeks. Then another few weeks until you hear back about start information. Lengthy, yet worth it.

The interview seemed mainly about my willingness to learn vs. the skills I did not have.
It was great. Everyone was friendly to me and the questions were easy but fair. I got great feedback as well. I recommend it to anyone interested in working with this company
It was a panel interview of 2 current admins followed by a interview with one of the directors that I would be supporting. My interviews all happened within the same week and were about 30 minutes long each.

It was very easy, straight forward questions you see on every interview question list. The interviewer was late. I didn't like the office culture. Seemed to be no room for growth
