Interview was conducted over screen sharing software. It began with reviewing of resume and questions about past projects. Interviewer was pretty friendly and gave good feed back. Interviewed with a division within Cisco called Insieme. During the interview I learned that they were looking for mobile dev experience, which i had none of at the time. After the first interview i never heard back from the recruiter. I reached out a few weeks later and was told they had selected another applicant for the position.
