The interview process was a 3-step process; it was a phone called followed by two rounds of in-person interviews. The HR call covered some of the basics in terms of salary expectations and background information. The in-person interviews were technical; one manager required a thorough portfolio and even assigned a task that required about 4-5 hours of my time that night to complete and show competency through design.
