Straightforward. No ridiculous questions. Most interviewers were seasoned sales pros, and even those that weren't were knowledgeable on the sales process, the market and the day-to-day challenges in the field.

Do you mind regular travel to other sales offices?
Multiple remote interviews with the hiring manager and members of the team. Additional interviews with the hiring manager's peers in Sales. All interviews were conversational in nature and didn't feel like an interview.
Webex interview with hiring manager, asked basic questions and I presented my slide deck. Light and laid back, not too intense. Was surprised I wasn't asked more about my experience.
