Completed a series of online tests involving basic probability, numerical reasoning and extended response. I’ve yet to receive any feedback as to the outcome but the questions seemed relevant to the job description while not requiring in depth knowledge of the field.

Given a cookie jar, filled with cookies of type A, B and C types in X, Y and Z amounts respectively. If cookie C is worth J, what is the expected value of reaching inside the jar and pulling out a cookie?

Interview
45 minute zoom with member of trading team discussing mostly motivations, cv, past experiences etc. Few technical questions, mental maths etc. Overall, pretty good experience and felt the interviewer came across well
They say I must write it in order to read other details? I just have the online test which is difficult and I didn't pass, that's all. contains lots of maths, 10 questions if my memory is correct
