I got a very difficult brainteaser that I didn't mange to solve. Then I never heard back from this company or HR. The process was terrible and I don't recommend the company

Motivational interview related to commodoty trading and how to model the energy markets across European country. Followed by more technical interview with coding related questions. Logical test and math quiz.
The HR first scheduled an interview time slot using email, and I received the first round interview on phone call which was from another time zone. The interview takes about 40 minutes and was about market sizing and some probability brain teaser.
