People who have done their coding part well weren't selected..while people who have done aptitude test well we're shortlisted for second round. Then you'll receive a mail stating the time and about the process. The second round starts the next day of prelims

Much more fit questions than technical questions asked, prepare strong elevator pitch and research on the fit and culture. Hiring interviews proceed fairly quickly if hiring manager is keen but do engage with HR regularly for updates.
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
