Very easy going - the process hasn’t been too long, two behavioral interviews, one leadership, one technical and one competency. team was very engaging and wanted to see you succeed. They gave very solid feedback as well.
Much more fit questions than technical questions asked, prepare strong elevator pitch and research on the fit and culture. Hiring interviews proceed fairly quickly if hiring manager is keen but do engage with HR regularly for updates.
