Going for the interview in citius tech simply means wasting your time. They make you sit whole day and there process is extremely slow plus they don't even know how many interviews they want to conduct for a single candidate. they will get you interviewed by their TOP management and to see if you are a fit( I wonder how everyone there has so much of time) Their HR's are the worst in case of negotiations. In interview they tell you ,you will be needed to do these things , stay back and stuff and when you're negotiating HR people don't even consider these points. They don't care about you at the beginning itself when you are in the phase of making important career decision i.e. to work with them, I wonder if they will ever address your concerns in the future. Though your wants are reasonable and based on their business requirement, they won't care about you. Honestly, save your precious time and don't go for the interview.
