I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Mumbai) in May 2014
Interview
First telephonic interview. Then F2F interview at Mumbai office. Interviewer did not give constructive comments on answers. Asked about OO concepts in very short, data structures a little bit, Dll types but not clear which types he was expecting, stack winding unwinding. Then another question was asked on linked list. But did not get any proper feedback.
They kept on having rounds after rounds. Some of the panelists were very rude. No relocation assistance. Salary current and expected during first screening call. On the final HR discussion, they quoted an absurdly low number saying they do not have notes from the ones who called you for screening and this is what we can do. What a waste of time. So, it became a case of take it or leave it.

After this managerial round was there.
Then HR discussion round. The offer letter was released after that.
interview process is very difficult asks different technological questions , also the projects in organisation is very bad so be catious while joining if you have any other offer better join that than this organisaation
