I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens (Boston, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Third interview brought a dozen or so of us in in the morning. We had time to meet current members and go over benefits. 3 rotating interviews with 1-2 senior staff members. They asked about my past jobs and college work and why I thought I would be a good fit for the program. One case interview question. Then lunch with the group and all the interviewers.
Everyone was very nice and they did a good job of explaining and selling us on the program.

Question 1
How do you stay organized? (They asked this 2-3 times in the interview process)
First round interview conducted at college campus by mid senior staff. Interviewers were extremely serious for an entry level program. Asked fair technical questions but culture seemed to be overly serious.

The process was standard and enjoyable. All team members were very genuine and easy to speak with. It was three step process. It did take a wile to hear back after the final interview.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Citizens (Boston, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
there were 3 rounds of interviews. At the super day, you meet other interviewees who make the final round and meet people who are in the program. Don't be nervous. The interview setup is slightly intimidating. So expect this and prep yourself to walk in with confidence.
