Spoke with HR over the phone/Zoom, had a couple phone/Zoom interviews with members of the team I would be joining (acquisitions development construction), and then an in-person in the Irvine office. It was a total mess, HR was disorganized throughout hiring, and my in-persons were disappointing. I did not really get my questions answered or get any understanding of the position I interviewed for and went with another opportunity. I did not think it was a good company to join long term.

Overall, it was a fairly casual interview that allowed both sides to get to know each other. They explained what is required of for the associate role and the typical sorts of projects they take on. Mostly behavioral interview to see whether candidate is a fit.
