Describe a time where you had to work with a team? What role did you play? How were decisions made and implemented?
Like 15 questions about who you are and what makes you interested in working on a team and tutoring kids.mostly need to know why you want to do this work
The interviewer was easy to talk to and they have me detailed explanation about the position while giving an idea of what the position entailed. They answered any question I had about the position and were very respectful.

Very fair and friendly interview process! Really personable. You can tell they care about the character of potential new hires. Would recommend anyone I know to apply and work for them!
