City Year interview questions

I had two phone interviews with two different interviewers. The first one takes about 15 min and the second takes 30-45 min. The interviewers tell you this at the beginning. The interview itself is by no means a conversation. It's very straight forward and they type everything you say into their computer (you can hear them). I would recommend brainstorming some answers to some interview questions before the interview (e.g., what are your strengths/weaknesses). I did this and it helped. Also, because it is a phone interview and they can't see you, keep your resume and anything else you think might help in front of you. Someone suggested I do this, and I'm really glad I had it out because I did have to refer to it during the interview.
