I was interviewed on the spot when I went in to drop off a resume. I interviewed with the office manager, wellness director, and senior living activities director. Then I was called to schedule a second interview with the memory care associate at Civitas (corporate). I completed a mock seven day activity calendar and was offered a job which I declined due to PPE requirements.
