I applied through other source. I interviewed at ClaimSorted
Interview
Weird interview - It was with the Founder Associate who seemed like he really didn't want to be there. He was relying on the AI note-taker to capture the actual answers and so he didn't actively listen to anything I said. He would ask his next question in the script which was clearly covered in other areas. It was a very poor representation of the company - the first call is the ambassador of the company. It was sloppy and overall felt very weird. It reflects badly on the company
First i got a Cold email from Recuriter. And then 30mins quick call. And then technical interview. The last process is C level interview.
The questions are very usual and normal questions.
Quick process, but they are just pipelining people.
They are going for people at Major carriers to possibly bring in trade secrets. If you look online to research no one works in Dallas, with a claims title.
The 2nd round interview was a complete grilling session. 45 minutes of googled questions. The interviewer I had spent more time trying to trip me up more than anything.
This is a new company that sounds a bit chaotic.
Its concerning because they will go for people who can ace an interview with flying colors, and end up with someone who's not a good fit for the position.
I wanted to leave my review to tell others if your at a metric driven company, dont bother interviewing here. You are walking into an untaimed pit.
Look elsewhere, I let the person talk so I could hear the pain points of this company. My intuition said "run for the hills."
