My first screen was with Marissa McDevitt from the Talent Acquisition team, who would help shepherd me through the process. She asked several relevant questions about my background and high-level fit. She was not afraid to ask frank questions, ensuring no surprises happened later. I really appreciated Marissa’s help in keeping things moving and with updates on next steps. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager on the phone, prior to going on-site. The office staff were super nice and helpful. One of the interviewers took time out of his vacation to speak with me, which showed a high-level of commitment to being part of process. Even though I ended up declining the offer, I had an overall positive recruiting experience.
