1. HR calls based on the Naukri profile. 2. Sets up 2 rounds of interview. Senior managers at US take the interviews. 3. HR calls me and tells me I'm selected. Sends mail to submit documents. 4. 10 days after I send the documents, they send an automated mail that I'm not being considered for the process. 5. When I mail the HR for clarification, she calls me instead and tells me that due to “Internal Restructuring” they are not considering me. 6. The interview process was good but the way HR handled it was very bad. HR people here are not respectful and don't display integrity. I'll suggest not to apply for any roles here.
