Last year, I was interviewed by Clarivate for a UX researcher role. The recruiter contacted me and had an interview with me for approximately 30 minutes. Later, she told me that she was very happy with the interview and she wants me to move to the next stage and after Christmas she will contact me again. Even though I sent her a couple of follow up emails, she has never responded. As I commit my time as well, I would prefer the process to be handled in a different way.
