Was referred to a position by a current employee, and was contacted swiftly for a phone screen. Had a very pleasant conversation with the talent acquisition person and was told they would arrange an interview with the appropriate team lead. Never heard back about the interview, and had to follow up multiple times for any kind of an update. It seemed like there was little timely communication between HR and the team lead during the process. I was ultimately informed someone else had been hired. The company sounds like a really wonderful place to work, but unfortunately there appears to be quite a bit of confusion in the HR process.
