Interview
Had 2 interviews - phone and in person. Very normal behavioral questions but the tone of the interviewer was very obvious that she was disinterested since I picked up the call. Some how got to the in person interview and once again, the "hiring manager" didn't smile at me when I entered and it just felt like a cold and hostile work environment. All the reviews written about it being a bad work place adds up. But I wanted a short glimpse at it for myself. Don't go here unless you absolutely need to. You can find better companies that will respect you.

Question 1
Asked me technical questions totally unrelated to the job I applied for. Very badly managed. Which languages do you "speak" for a software position?? It felt like the manager didn't know the difference between computer languages and spoken languages.

Interview
3 interviews. First 2 with Sr Managers and last with the VP. Interviewer spoke very poorly about my past employer. They’re looking to expand their team quick but took about 7 weeks from application to final decision.

Interview
Weirdest interview process I had ever been part of. No one was kind or welcoming. During the original phone screening, HR asked me how I was able to pay my bills after being laid off during the pandemic. During the next round, I was asked why I no showed for an interview (I hadn’t). There was minimal discussion about the job and my experience.
Place is constantly interviewing. Did a 2 person interview and it was fine. Included a personality test and a brain teaser. Asked a lot about my use of vlookups vs index/match
