I applied online. I interviewed at Clark Associates (Tampa, FL) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online through a job portal. A few days later I received an email from the QA manager requesting a phone interview. We had a 45-minute phone interview, which I thought I did well. However a few days later I got an email from them saying that I was no longer in consideration as they decided to move forward with someone with more experience.
After about 2 months I received an email from the QA manager who explained that there the last spot was still open and they were considering me for this position. I agreed and we had an on-site interview.
I got to know a lot about the company, the culture and the people in my interview. They seem very friendly and have a relaxed environment. More importantly, I had a very clear picture of the job. The interview was fairly open and they tested my analytical abilities as well.
Based on my interview, This looks like a great company to work for. I would have accepted the offer, but I had to decline due to some personal reasons. If you're someone that's starting out a career, this would be a great company to begin with. Also, there seems to be a lot of room for growth within the organization.

I applied online. I interviewed at Clark Associates
Interview
I was contacted by email for a phone screen by the QA Manager. The phone screen lasted about an hour and went over your background, the background of the company, and a few knowledge-based computer science questions. Then, I was invited to an in-person interview at their office. I met with the QA Manager and had to do some tasks centered around testing and some more knowledge questions. That interview lasted three hours. Got the offer a couple days later which I ultimately decided to decline.
The whole process was very smooth and I really liked the manager that I met with. The company was very accommodating throughout and it definitely seemed like a great place to start your career.
