I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clark Associates (Lancaster, PA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Easy experience. Interviewed first round on the phone, second round was after a week in Lancaster. Enjoyed talking to the interviewer about different things, it felt more like an interactive conversation than an interview. In the end, I was given a tour of the campus, which was great. Got a decision from them after 2 weeks of my second interview. They move very quickly in the process.
