There were three stages of the interview process. The first was a phone interview with simple information and behavioral questions. The next two were at the location. One was with two people and the next was a one on one. These two interviews went further in depth with wanting to hear specific education and work experiences. You have to take a personality test that they use to ask more questions about why you are the way you are and how it helps or hurts you. The whole process from applying to them making a decision took about a week and a half.
