Interview
First manager was really nice, and did a good job of explaining the job description. They then brought in a developer to ask me easy/intermediate/advance technical questions for over an hour. This was ridiculous. Second manager then interviewed me who had no personality at all and knew I wouldn't like working for him. I then talked to the first manager again and he explained the first task that needed to be done upon being hired. I almost laughed when he said it had to be completed in four months when it would take about a year. I emailed them and stated I was not interested in this position.

Phone call tech interview to start. 2nd and 3rd round with the team over video chat. The 2nd and 3rd were on the longer side. Which was more about experience etc.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clark Associates (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online and received an email the next day from the hiring manager. Hiring manager said that my salary expectations weren't what they saw for someone with my experience. Their salary range was average for entry level for the Tampa area (may be even below). I had already received offers for higher and talk to recruiters so I know the market well. Unfortunately we couldn't agree and we left it at that (didn't move on with another interview.
Hiring manager was very professional about it and I appreciated that. That being said, the company seems to be trying to hire engineers for the low.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clark Associates (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
Was relaxed all the time, one phone call, on site interview and another phone call, the managers were pretty nice in the interview and they really care about engineers with strong foundations instead of knowing a particular technology.
