The process was very drawn out interviewed with 3 different people QA Manager and 2 QA Leads. Was given several QA type exams. I think this process was to test following directions and able to ask questions. Problem was you really didn't know enough info to ask question. Also, time was given to do the test, but they didn't come back so to me I assume the tester kept going until they the interviewer came back. So that didn't go well for me. Then was given a tour of the facility . This process took 4 hours. I would have rather work an 8 hour shift for half wage or no wage to prove what I could do then that 4 hour process.
