Interview
I did an interview with their Florida office in Winter 2021, which went very well, then I did an interview with the Lancaster, PA office. Both were remote. The Florida interview was very standard questions about education and work history. The second Lancaster interview was off the rails. They asked a lot of questions about my hobbies, and stances on social issues, but no questions about my ability to do the job. The hiring manager pretty much said it was a bad job and I shouldn't take. I was bewildered, and continued to ask if we should talk about my resume, and kept trying to direct the conversation toward my work experience. One manager joined the zoom call 10 minutes late, and was dressed in sweats. The interview ended abruptly after 20 minutes.

Three interviews which I only made it to the second round. First interview was a phone interview and second was a teams meeting. Seems like a good overall company for which to work.
