Phone call interview for Inventory Management Data Scientist opportunity. A mix of behavioral and work experience questions were asked by snarky administrator, who transcribed my replies as she went through a script. Midway through the call, I lost any enthusiasm I may have had for this opportunity due to this individual's condescension and lack of engagement. Not sure of the reasoning behind the decision to have a non-STEM individual discussing analytics with a candidate.

I applied for the data scientist role through their online portal and was promptly contacted to provide further information regarding my experience and qualifications. Following this initial communication, I was asked to schedule a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. However, despite providing my availability, I did not receive confirmation of the interview date and time.
Several days later, I unexpectedly received a call for a 30-minute interview. Unfortunately, this caught me off guard as I was unaware that the interview was scheduled. The lack of clear communication regarding the interview arrangements was disappointing and made the interview process somewhat disorganized and confusing.
