I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Clark Associates (Lancaster, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I met with lower level management and then a VP. It was very informal, and did not require any intense preparation. Everyone must submit a DiSC profile test. If your personality isn't a high D (google it) then this is NOT the right place for you. Even if you are a high D, it's probably still not the right place for you.

Interview
Singular phone call interview. Interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested. I couldn't help but feel that they had already made a decision on a hire and was just checking a box.

Question 1
Are you okay with working back in the office Full Time?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clark Associates in Jan 2022
Interview
A quandary of off-the-shelf questions with baffled and confused facial expressions from those asking. Young, naive, and a cheap employee base sets the deaf tone of a power struggling workplace run by inexperienced misfits. Bouncing around from office to office, scratching off a scantron to determine your "personality", and when questioning the interviewer you encounter a deer in the headlights. The four inexperienced directors may have the education but lack any common knowledge or experience of their respective roles. The business runs on its own - and I truly understand the cost-effective approach of a newly graduated workforce. It's cheap, and the turnover is easily replaceable.

Question 1
Worse trait? Best trait?
Goal or task oriented?
Worse flaws, best flaws ?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clark Associates (Lancaster, PA)
Interview
Fairly straightforward. 30 minute phone screener followed by an in-person interview. In-person interview was conducted by the VP of Procurement and a Director. One of the easier interviews I've come across.
From what I heard about the company, I would avoid at all costs. Very political and toxic environment where senior leaders use their positions of authority to bully junior staff. STAY AWAY!
