I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Clark Construction Group (Bethesda, MD) in Dec 2012
Interview
While some people had on campus interviews after the career fair they skipped that step with me. They flew me to DC and put me up for the night. I met with HR to do and application in the morning, they then had me go to a job site to interview face to face with several project managers, I met with 2 that day but I know other people who met with 3 or 4 and they were supposed to have more people for me to meet with. After I went back to the office and meet with an HR person for a behavioral interview and another HR person to discuss their benefits package. Overall the process was a little disorganized and rushed.
Pretty straightforward, spoke with a recruiter, met with 3 different people on site, the interview seemed to go well, but I never heard back from the HR even after multiple attempts. Very disappointing that I wasted my time coming and they didn’t even have the decency to simple respond to my emails with a rejection.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions and focused on my experience
super easy. more focused on the kind of person that I am. Skills and experience was just a plus to them. Ended up taking a different job but seems like a good company.
