Several interviews with managers. Very slow process and responses. Left in the dark most of the time, confusion between the HR manager and the interviewers within the company. Not clear on expected projects.
After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

2 phone screening calls then an in person 3 interview super day at the Mclean office. In person days are over a 2 month period and they help you with travel and other logistics.

So far I have had an initial screening call and that was pretty low stakes. Just the recruiter telling me about the role and the career progression. Next would be a video interview followed by an in-person interview.
