On campus conversation, in person interview with two individuals, flown out to main job site with 3 interviews and construction site tour. Was all behavioral questions and quite fair. They seemed very focused on how you would behave in situations rather than your technical experience.

After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.
