Interview
The interview experience with ClassPass was great. They were warm, accessible, and organized throughout. The process entailed an HR phone screen, a take-home assignment, and 3 video calls (hiring manager, head of team, key internal partner). This was by far the shortest interview process I've taken part in; the calls were only 30 minutes, I met just three people from the full team, and there was no request for references. Overall, I appreciated they were direct and fast-moving. I would've liked a little more time built into the interviews to ask questions about the company, team, role, etc., but the team was very open to scheduling follow-ups which was a nice plus.
