I reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn and after a few days another recruiter emailed me to set up an introductory call. The recruiter seemed nice and elaborated on the work culture and processes at ClassPass and said that they would send me an OA. I completed the coding challenge with 100% test case success. After that I haven't heard back at all from anyone at ClassPass. It was later when I got to know that many of my school friends had also given the OA but never heard back from the company. Seems very unprofessional of the company that they don't even care to send you at least an email regarding the status of your application.
Very fast paced. Interviewer was yawning multiple times. I often felt like I wasn't being heard by the other party. There were 3 people in the call which made me really nervous.

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter on the same day. 30 minute conversation with the recruiter, and I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the manager went great, and I was pretty excited about the role and the company. He seemed interested and engaged in our conversation, and without me even asking about next steps, he told me what to expect for the technical part.
A day later I reached out to the recruiter and expressed how much I enjoyed the interview with the manager. The recruiter also said someone will be reaching out regarding next steps shortly.
The day after, I received a generic rejection email.
